Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product is received with broken or tampered packaging.
  • The product is delivered with an expiry date that does not meet agreed specifications.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide supporting photographs and order details.

2. Non-Returnable Products

For safety, regulatory, and quality assurance reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Opened pharmaceutical products.
  • Products with broken seals.
  • Temperature-sensitive products.
  • Products stored improperly after delivery.
  • Products returned after the specified reporting period.
  • Products purchased under special promotional offers or clearance sales.
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return request, customers should contact our customer support team with:

  • Product Name
  • Batch Number (if applicable)
  • Reason for return
  • Supporting photographs

4. Inspection and Approval

Upon receiving the return request, our quality assurance team will review the submitted information. Additional details or documentation may be requested if necessary.

Sarian Pharma reserves the right to approve or reject any return request after verification.

5. Refund Policy

If a return request is approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method or as mutually agreed between the parties.

Refunds may be issued for:

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch

Refund processing may take 7–14 business days from the date of approval.

6. Replacement Policy

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment confirmation. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sarian Pharma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, storage, handling, or transportation of products after delivery.
